This durable drive system delivers smooth, vibration-free tracking across speeds up to 6,000 cm/min for engraving and 5,000 cm/min for cutting. Operators can choose between Honeycomb or Aluminium Strip beds across three practical working areas: 900×600 mm, 1300×900 mm, or 1400×1000 mm.
Laser Power, Optical Cooling & Fume Control
The machine houses a water-cooled CO₂ sealed glass laser tube (EFR standard, with optional Yongli or Reci configurations) available in 60W, 80W, 100W, 130W, 150W, and 180W power stages. Thermal management is handled reliably by an external CW-5000 or CW-5200 industrial chiller. An integrated 135W/160W air compressor delivers constant assist air directly to the focus nozzle, protecting the lens from smoke while suppressing flaming on wood and acrylic. A dedicated 550W/750W exhaust blower keeps the working chamber clear of fumes and dust.
Software Support & Production Versatility
Designed to fit directly into your current graphics or CAD pipeline, the controller supports CorelDraw, PhotoShop, AutoCAD, and TAJIMA, reading standard vector and raster files including BMP, PLT, DST, DXF, and AI.
