The RichAuto A11 DSP system is an industrial standalone CNC handheld motion controller engineered to replace unstable PC-based control setups in high-vibration, high-dust workshop environments. Operating independently without requiring a dedicated computer tower or sensitive PCI breakout cards, the A11 communicates via an optically isolated 50-pin differential ribbon cable connected directly to the central machine interface board.

Equipped with high-performance 32-bit DSP processing architecture, the A11 executes standard ISO G-code and PLT vector files with smooth look-ahead S-curve velocity profiling. In continuous commercial operations, its standout safeguard is power-fail recovery: if mains electricity drops abruptly, the system immediately locks the exact XYZ toolpath coordinates into non-volatile flash memory, enabling operators to resume uninterrupted machining from the exact millisecond breakpoint once power returns. Built-in error alarm monitoring tracks spindle status and drive faults in real time, preventing tool crashes and scrapped workpieces.
